ABOUT OWNER RACHEL DANLEY

Danley Restoration was born in 2016 when Rachel Danley founded her own local, family-owned contracting and restoration company in San Antonio, Rachel’s Restoration LLC (dba Danley Restoration). Rachel worked with a local roofing company for several years prior to founding Danley Restoration. While helping customers throughout the process of their roof replacement, Rachel experienced the joy and personal reward of serving countless homeowners. With confidence in her expertise and talent for building relationships, she excelled at helping these individuals as they searched for a roof and contractor to meet their needs. Her desire for knowledge led to many valuable experiences both within the company organization and in the field of homeowners’ insurance. She found the job she’d always hoped for -- one with intrinsic reward that far exceeds financial success. Simply put, she knew she had a talent for serving others and found the career she was meant to have.

Pushing the limits of personal achievement is something she believes is ingrained in her makeup, and she is no stranger to a challenge. Her achievements include tremendous physical tests of endurance and mental toughness. With four Ironman Distance triathlon finishes, 17 marathon or ultra-marathon finishes and an array of milestones in between, she knows that there is nothing her mind and body cannot achieve. With dedication and diligence, her goals and dreams became a reality.

The same qualities of dedication and diligence led to great success in her roofing career and enabled her to impact the lives of many individuals. Serving her customers’ needs in a way that continuously pushes the limits of exceeding expectations is much like her drive for endurance sports and life. The same qualities guide her in the challenge and joy of business ownership as she continues to leave a lasting impression on her customers and carry away the memory of her ability to serve.

Rachel graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in economics. She also attended a pre-law academy and was an accepted applicant to Saint Mary’s Law School and Oklahoma City University in 2010 & 2011. Despite the award of a full academic scholarship to OCU, she considered her circumstances as a single mom and elected to work for a local magazine publisher in order to avoid the debt of housing and childcare. She worked in sales and marketing before joining the team at at a well-established local roofing company where she worked for many years before creating Danley Restoration.
